Faculty Details

Dr Nora Riley PT, PhD, NCS

Dr. Nora Riley, PT, PhD, NCS is Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, where she teaches Neuroanatomy & Neurophysiology, Neuromuscular Therapeutics, and Pharmacology. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University and her Master of Arts degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. She also obtained her PhD in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science from the University of Iowa, studying movement strategies and long latency reflexes in adults with bilateral vestibular loss. In addition to her board-certification in Neurologic Physical therapy, Nora has earned her certificate of clinical competency in the diagnosis and treatment of vestibular disorders. She continues to treat patients at an area outpatient clinic and in the home health setting.
